The Covenant of Craft: Our Terms of Service

Welcome to GORRAH. By entering our gallery and acquiring our artisanal pieces, you agree to the following terms that govern our mutual respect for the craft.

1. Artisanal Integrity & Divine Imperfection Every GORRAH piece is a dialogue between nature and the artisan. You acknowledge that subtle variations in shape, color, and texture are the sacred imprints of botanical growth and handcrafted soul. These unique characteristics are not defects, but the very essence of our "One Piece, One Story" philosophy.

2. Mandatory Stewardship (Usage & Care) The longevity of raw urushi lacquer and botanical fibers depends on proper guardianship. Collectors are required to strictly follow our "Materials & Daily Care" guidelines provided both before and after purchase. GORRAH is exempt from liability for damages arising from improper use—including, but not limited to, the use of boiling water, harsh detergents, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

3. Visual Representation & Perception While we strive for absolute fidelity in our gallery imagery, you accept that variations in light and individual monitor settings may create slight nuances in color perception between the digital representation and the physical piece in your sanctuary.

4. Intellectual Property & Creative Sanctity All imagery, unique designs, and narrative expressions, including the trademark "One Piece, One Story," are the exclusive intellectual property of GORRAH. Unauthorized commercial use of our creative assets by any third party is strictly prohibited.

5. The Flow of Rarity (Pricing & Availability) Due to the extreme rarity of our one-of-a-kind gourds, GORRAH reserves the right to modify pricing or delist sold-out treasures without prior notice.

6. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, China.
