How your gourd travels from our studio to your door.
Each order is packed as a one-of-one handmade object, not generic stock. This page explains processing, delivery timing, tracking, and what to check before placing an international order.
International delivery commonly takes 7 to 20 business days, depending on country and route.
You will receive tracking after the parcel is accepted by the carrier.
Processing before shipment
Most ready-to-ship gourds leave the studio within 2 to 5 business days. If an order needs final adjustment, added rope work, or extra confirmation, we may contact you before dispatch.
International delivery estimates
Standard international shipping commonly takes 7 to 20 business days after dispatch. Express routes may be faster when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees because customs checks, remote addresses, weather, and carrier delays can affect timing.
Customs, duties, and local taxes
Import rules vary by country. If duties, VAT, or local handling fees are charged by your destination country, they are normally the buyer's responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
For high-value pieces or strict import regions, contact us before payment and we will help check the route.
Protective packing for handmade pieces
Each gourd is protected with layered cushioning so the vessel, stopper, rope, and finish are not rubbing directly during transit. Please inspect the package when it arrives and keep the outer box if you need to report damage.
Address changes and failed delivery
Please enter your shipping address carefully. If the carrier cannot deliver because of an incomplete address, refused delivery, or missed pickup window, any reshipping fee may need to be covered by the buyer.
