1. The Ritual of Preparation (Processing Time) Every GORRAH gourd undergoes a 48-hour purification and final inspection ritual. We ensure each piece is meticulously cleaned and secured in its protective sanctuary before it begins its journey. Please allow 2 business days for this artisanal preparation.

2. Global Stewardship (Shipping Destinations) We facilitate passage to over 150 countries via premium couriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS. If your specific region is not available at checkout, please contact our curators at zhao@gorrah.com, and we will personally arrange a custom path to reach you.

3. Complimentary Passage (Shipping Costs) We are honored to provide Complimentary Worldwide Shipping on all signature gourd collections. For collectors who require a swifter arrival, Express Priority options are available for an additional fee during the checkout resonance.

4. Timing the Journey (Estimated Delivery)

  • Standard Discovery: 7 - 20 Business Days.

  • Express Arrival: 5 - 14 Business Days.

  • Please note that delivery times may vary based on local postal flows and the unique nature of botanical artisanal crafts.

5. Protective Sanctuary (Packaging Safety) To safeguard the delicate botanical fibers and raw urushi lacquer, each piece is cradled in eco-friendly, shock-absorbent layers. Our packaging is designed to endure international elements while remaining respectful to the Earth.

6. The Collector’s Vigil (Order Tracking) Once your piece departs our atelier, a formal notification will be sent to your registered email containing your Collector’s Tracking Number. You may follow the soul of your piece’s journey in real-time through our official tracking portal.

7. Sovereign Commitment (Customs & Duties) To ensure a seamless experience for our collectors, GORRAH assumes responsibility for all cross-border customs duties and taxes. Buyers are not required to pay additional fees upon arrival. Please be aware that local regulations regarding botanical artisanal crafts vary by region, and we strictly adhere to all international ecological standards.
